POST V1 ems/wells/{wellId}/substrate
Adds a substrate to a Well.

Example Request
To add a Substrate with ID 1234 to the Well with ID 5678, make the following API call:
POST /ems/wells/5678/substrate
and put the following content in the request body:

HTTP Status Codes
Status Code | Meaning |

403 (Forbidden) | Access Denied. The user does not have write access to the well. |
404 (Not Found) | The specified well does not exist or the parent Experiment has been closed. Ensure the ID has been correctly specified. |
